At Wellnessy, we understand that when it comes to your joint health, consistency is key. That is why we are committed to processing and delivering your supplements as quickly and reliably as possible.
1. Order Processing and Dispatch
We strive to dispatch all in-stock orders on the same business day they are received. Once your package has been handed to the carrier (typically USPS, UPS, or FedEx), you will automatically receive an email with full tracking details so you can follow its journey.
2. Carrier Delays
Although most shipments leave our facility quickly, delivery times can be affected by severe weather, seasonal high volumes, or other carrier disruptions. While we cannot control the package once it leaves our warehouse, we will do our best to keep you informed if an unexpected delay arises.
3. Back-Ordered and Pre-Sale Items
For products listed as back-ordered or available for pre-sale (such as new joint health formulations), shipping timelines differ. As soon as the item is replenished in our warehouse, we prepare it for shipment within 48 hours and email you a fresh tracking link the moment it departs.

Note: We do not yet offer international shipping or delivery to freight-forwarding addresses.
5. Tracking Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's website.
