At Wellnessy, we want you to feel confident ordering a subscription. This page explains exactly how to cancel, when cancellation takes effect, and what to expect afterward.
Who This Policy Applies To
This policy applies to all Wellnessy subscription orders, including, but not limited to, subscriptions for our Joint & Recovery Complex and any other products that ship on a recurring basis (every 4, 8, or 12 weeks, or whichever frequency you selected at checkout).
How to Cancel Your Subscription
You can cancel your Wellnessy subscription at any time using either of the following methods:
Method 1 — Account Portal (Fastest)
Our subscription portal gives you instant self-service access to cancel, pause, or modify your subscription.
Steps:

Go to https://www.wellnessy.co/account (or click "Manage Subscription" in any order confirmation or shipping email).

Log in with the email address you used to place your order. You may receive a code to confirm your identity.

Select the subscription you wish to cancel.

Click "Cancel Subscription" and follow the on-screen prompts to confirm.

You will receive a confirmation email once your cancellation is complete. Save this email for your records.
Method 2 — Email
Send a cancellation request to support@wellnessy.co with the subject line: "Cancel My Subscription."
Include in your email:

Your full name

The email address on your account

Your order number (found in any order confirmation email)
We will process your cancellation and send you a written confirmation within 24 weekday hours. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 2 business days, please follow up or use Method 1.
When to Cancel — Deadline
To avoid being charged for your next order, you must cancel before your next scheduled billing date.

We recommend canceling at least 24 hours before your next billing date to allow processing time.

If your card is charged before your cancellation is confirmed, see the Refund Policy section below.
What Happens After You Cancel
Once your cancellation is confirmed:

Current order in transit: If an order has already been shipped, it will be delivered as normal. You are not required to return it.

Orders already billed: Any order that has already been charged before your cancellation request was received will fulfill and ship.

Future orders: All future subscription orders and charges are stopped. You will not be billed again.

Confirmation: You will receive an email confirming your cancellation. This email serves as your record that no future charges will occur.
You are welcome to place a one-time purchase at any time after canceling — cancellation only stops your subscription, not your ability to shop with us.
Refund Policy for Subscription Orders

If you cancel before your billing date: No charge occurs. No refund needed.

If your card is charged on your billing date and you have not yet received a shipping notification: Contact us within 48 hours at support@wellnessy.co and we will cancel and refund that order in full.

If your order has already shipped: We are unable to cancel shipments in transit. Once you receive the package, contact us to discuss options. Unopened products in original condition may be eligible for a return and refund under our standard Refund Policy.

180-Day Money-Back Guarantee: All Wellnessy subscription orders are backed by our 180-Day Money-Back Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your results, contact us within 180 days of delivery for a refund in accordance with the terms of our Return & Refund Policy.

Introductory offers: If you received a discounted introductory price (such as 25% off your first month's subscription) and cancel before the second order, no additional charges apply. The first-order charge is refundable only in accordance with our standard Refund Policy.
